01Who is responsible for your data

LATDEVMX SAS (“LatDev”) is responsible for the personal data you share with us on this website, under Mexico’s Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

02What data we collect

Only what you type on the contact page:

• Your name.
• An email address or a phone number (WhatsApp).
• What you tell us about your idea, question or project.
• If you request a meeting, the day, time and format you propose.

We do not ask for sensitive personal data (health, beliefs, origin, etc.) or financial data. Please do not include it in your message.

03What we use it for

To help you, and nothing else:

• Replying to your message or question.
• Scheduling and holding the meeting you request.
• Understanding your project and, if you ask, preparing a proposal or quote.

These purposes are necessary to handle your request. We do not use your data for advertising or marketing, we do not send newsletters and we do not sell it.

04Who we share it with

We do not transfer your data to third parties. To operate we use providers that process it only on our behalf and under our instructions: Google (email and calendar) and Cloudflare (hosting of this website). Your data may therefore be stored on servers outside Mexico.

We would only hand it to an authority if a law or a court order requires us to.

05Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to ask us to correct it, to have it deleted and to object to its use (known in Mexico as ARCO rights). You can also withdraw your consent or ask us to limit its use.

Write to [email protected] with the subject “ARCO rights” and include:

• Your name and a way to reply to you.
• A document proving your identity (or that of your legal representative).
• Which data and which right you want to exercise, plus any detail that helps us find it.

We will reply within the time limits set by law and, where applicable, honor your request free of charge.

06How long we keep it

While we handle your request and, if we work together, during the project and for as long as applicable laws require. After that we delete it.

07Cookies and tracking

This website uses no advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you. During your visit your browser only keeps a couple of technical values for Meshi’s animation (for example, that he already said hi), which are erased when you close the tab.

08Changes to this notice

If it changes, we will publish the new version here with its date. By sending us your data through the contact page, you accept this notice.
